Hello! I’m Abbie, I am a doula, hypnobirthing educator, wife and mum to my two beautiful children.

I offer calm, compassionate support throughout pregnancy, birth and the postpartum period. I believe that every birthing person deserves to feel informed, respected and truly supported, however and wherever they choose to birth.

My passion for birth work began after the amazing and positive births of my own children, both supported by hypnobirthing. That experience gave me a first hand deep understanding of how important preparation, environment and emotional support are, not just for a positive birth, but for the transition into parenthood too.

I provide birth preparation sessions (including hypnobirthing), continuous support during labour and postpartum care. Whether you’re planning a home birth, a hospital birth, or aren’t sure yet, my role is to support you with honesty, care and evidence based information, so you can feel confident and in control of your own birth choices.
