Hey! Agustina here!

You've heard the stories. Too many people planning a physiological birth end up with interventions and they wonder if it could have been different. You understand that our current birth culture has veered away from trusting a woman's innate ability to birth.

Whether you want a waterbirth, freedom of movement, an undisturbed home birth, avoiding medicalisation - or you’re simply determined to make things different this time after feeling abandoned or deceived last time, you want someone who won't bring
their agenda, their baggage or their fears into your space. Someone who will support you towards actualizing your own vision of birth, or help you create one that is authentic to you. If things take a different turn, you want someone who will walk alongside you through that too, unconditionally, helping you feel safe and supported through those twists and turns. Your birth experience, however it unfolds, remains sacred and worthy of honour.

When you imagine giving birth surrounded by people talking, panicking and deciding for you, it feels overwhelming. You want agency. You want to feel grounded in who you are, in your ability to birth and make decisions. You want someone who can create a space where you can move through labour without pressure or judgment. Someone who understands who you are and what you need to access your greatest strength. Someone who can hold you physically, emotionally, and energetically. Someone with the insight and intuition to ask you the important questions and help you unpack fears and obstacles - before or on the big day - so you feel ready, confident or even healed.

You also want your partner fully present with you, not lost, not panicking, not standing awkwardly in the corner. Perhaps they’re shy, or simply unsure how to help. You want them to know how to show up for you. And you want them to feel emotionally supported too so both of you get to enjoy this experience.

You will only be pregnant with and give birth to this baby once. You will be the one embodying motherhood to your own baby, showing up for them, over and over again. No one else. Make it special.

You know that how your baby comes into the world, and how you both experience that moment, will leave an imprint on your lives.

Imagine feeling centered and at ease, knowing you have someone who works for you and no one else. I have your back, I see you and I respect you. As your doula, I’ll bring deep listening, patience, warmth and presence into your space. You will feel acknowledged, held and cared for - from navigating the maternity system, to advocating for you in the room, to supporting you beyond birth with the
right referrals, postpartum care and community. As your non-NHS expert voice, I'll offer evidence-based support and knowledge to help clear the noise so you can make your own informed choices. I won't be there trying to fix you or direct you. Instead, I’ll be holding space for your wisdom to lead, trusting your strength, your intuition and your timing. This is bespoke support built entirely around you. The perinatal period will lay the foundations of your journey as a mother. You deserve to step into motherhood authentically, finding your own feet rather than following prescriptive formulas.

I work for women who are in the process of seeing themselves as adults and taking responsibility for themselves and their choices. Women who are reflective and introspective and are willing to do the inner work, as well as the necessary prep, to get where they want. Women who have had enough of people pleasing and are moving towards embracing their own voice.
