As a birth and postnatal doula, I am here to provide support, guidance, and encouragement to help you and your family navigate the journey of pregnancy, childbirth, and early parenthood. Whether you are a first-time parent or have experienced childbirth before, I am here to help you feel empowered and confident as you prepare for the arrival of your little one. For birth, I offer comprehensive support throughout labour and delivery, including emotional and physical support, advocacy, and education. My goal is to help you have a positive birth experience that meets your individual needs and preferences. 

In addition to birth support, I also offer postnatal doula services to help you adjust to life with a new baby. This includes assistance with breastfeeding, newborn care, and emotional support during the postpartum period. As a postnatal doula, I am committed to providing compassionate care and practical support to help you and your family thrive. I believe that every family deserves to have a positive and empowering birth and postpartum experience, and I am dedicated to helping you achieve that.
