Welcome, & congratulations on your pregnancy!

I’m Becca, a doula offering support across Bristol and about an hours drive outside - I also offer virtual support as well as hypnobirthing courses (see more on my website!)

My real passion in birth is for you to find your power, to feel confident, equipped, & at peace as you approach your birth. Able to navigate any unexpected bumps or turns that come up with ease. To offer you true continuity of care, to truly understand your needs and preferences for your birth. This often requires some deeper work, unlearning and unpicking what you might think you know about birth - and this is something we can work on together. Im a huge believer in the power of the mind and how much your inner world can affect everything else - and how much this can show up in birth... I also love evidence & research and will always signpost you to all the topics you need - I always support your decisions, be there for you, believe in you.

I have a real deep love for VBAC (Vaginal Birth After Caesarean) and would be honoured to support anyone on their VBAC journey. This passion stems from my own experiences - I had two unplanned caesareans followed by an undisturbed birth at home with just my doula - it was a totally life affirming event. It was by no means perfect but due to all the deep emotional work that I had done, and knowledge I had gained it is easily my proudest achievement. The positive effects of this birth continue to ripple out in my life.

Though I have only recently completed my doula training I have been deeply learning and emerged in birth for many years. I have completed Hypnobirthing Training with the Birth Uprising (2025) , Supporting Physiological Birth with Evony Lynch (2022) I am also a breast-feeding peer supporter, (2020) and have a great love for postpartum support in the first few weeks.
