Hi, welcome to my profile, I'm Celia, I am deeply committed to assisting families in achieving a fulfilling birthing and postnatal experience. The journey into parenthood is both daunting and wonderful, I aim to offer a listening ear and a safe space for expressing your concerns and wishes. I offer emotional, informational, practical, and well-being support tailored to you and your family's needs. My approach is to listen to your concerns and empowering you with up-to-date, unbiased, solution-focused information, providing a non-judgmental and open-minded service that is guided by you.

For nine years, I have supported families through various birthing experiences and postnatal journeys before embracing a career as a doula. This work has been incredibly insightful, providing me with a broad range of experiences to offer support where it's needed most. Whether it's assisting with hospital births, homebirths, the immediate post-birth period, or postnatal care, I find fulfillment in making a meaningful difference in someone's life. A positive birth experience can spark a positive ripple effect in the realm of parenting.

My goal is to fully support you and your family towards a positive birth and postnatal stories that you can share with the world. The day your baby is born is an unforgettable moment that is engraved into your memory forever. It’s a day filled with a whirlwind of emotions, from anticipation to joy and sometimes even fear. That magical moment when you hold your newborn in your arms makes it all worthwhile. I am here to offer you the guidance you need to make this one of the greatest memories. 

From my perspective as a parent, I underestimated the significance of continuity of care. It's often an overlooked aspect that can unexpectedly disrupt stability. Continuity of care should be a top priority because it enhances safety, fosters trust, betters outcomes, meets your needs and provide a comforting sense of familiarity.

My personal journey into parenthood has profoundly shaped my decision to become a Doula. As I started my family, the support of someone experienced and knowledgeable was crucial to reassure me that all would be well. Now, I am here, eager to offer guidance and support to help you navigate your journey with confidence towards a positive birth experience.
