Hi! Congratulations on your pregnancy!

Who am I? I scrolled my camera feed for a picture of myself without either of my children, I couldn’t find one originally, so I had to make sure my husband took one of me on our next rare meal alone!

They are the reason I am who I am, and the reason I am set off on this journey to becoming The SMART doula.

My name is Charlotte, I live in Leeds with my husband and two children aged 11 months and 4 years.

I studied Biomedical science and have 10+ years working in healthcare research.

During my second pregnancy, I became obsessed with researching the evidence and research behind current NHS guidelines.

I’m making it my mission to help everyone navigate the NHS guidelines using current evidence and research, helping them achieve a positive birth, and make informed decisions,  however, that might look.

I’ve done my doula training,  I’m keeping up with current research and I’m loving working with families virtually to help them achieve an empowering birth!

I offer full virtual doula packages, which include 24/7 support via WhatsApp, and the optional add-ons of birth planning and 1-1 calls.

I also offer stand-alone birth planning or one-off calls (in person in Leeds or virtually).

I support all types of birth, including hospital birth.
