Hello lovely, I’m Charlotte, a Doula, Hypnobirthing Antenatal Teacher, mum of two and all-around birth nerd based in Leeds, West Yorkshire. I live with my husband, children, dog and a very grumpy cat. I’m a tea drinker, lover of musical theatre and you’ll often find me having a good dance around the kitchen or spending time in nature; be that gardening, walking or paddleboarding.

My heart lies in walking alongside families through pregnancy, birth and the early postnatal weeks. As your doula, my role is to nurture, inform and cheerlead you, helping you feel held and supported through one of life’s biggest transitions. Whether this is your first baby or you’ve travelled this path before, I work without judgement, putting you at the centre of your experience and supporting the choices that feel right for you.

Postnatal Doula Support — care, reassurance and an extra pair of hands as you adjust to life with your baby.​

I love supporting you to feel confident and empowered during this transformational time of pregnancy, birth and the postnatal period. I blend evidence-based information, practical tools and a compassion-first approach while you navigate this time in your life. My clients often describe their experience of working with me as "life changing" and transforming from “Clueless to Confident” and “Terrified to Empowered” — and I couldn’t wish for better words.

✨ Hypnobirthing Courses
Alongside doula support, I offer hypnobirthing courses to help you prepare mentally and physically for birth. Since training with KGHypnobirthing in 2021 (accredited by the Royal College of Midwives), I’ve taught group and private courses that consistently receive 5-star reviews and amazing feedback.

Courses include:

Group Hypnobirthing - learn in a supportive, social setting.
Private Hypnobirthing - bespoke, one-to-one sessions.
Refreshers - shorter course if you’re further along or are looking to refresh your knowledge.
Caesarean Hypnobirthing - tailored tools for a planned caesarean.
