I'm a mum of 3, a Nanny to 4 and a dog mum to a JR called Moo. I'm passionate about all things pregnancy, birth and baby related. This passion has developed through seeing how family & friends have benefited from having someone informed and supportive by their sides. Someone who can explore & research on your behalf, share well rehearsed tips and hints along the way and stand by yours and your partners side - handing snacks 😉 as and when needed.
I can offer antenatal, birth and postnatal support. I'm also an experienced therapist and can provide you safe space to explore any fears, worries or post birth reflections you have.
I'm happy to support your birth wherever that may be, home birth centre or hospital - your choice- your birth.
I do offer 121 or small group pregnancy yoga & relaxation sessions too.
