If you’re here, chances are you’re growing a tiny human (or supporting someone who is), and you’re looking for the right person to walk alongside you on this wild, wonderful journey. I’m so glad you’ve landed here.
I am a doula, hypnobirthing teacher, mum of three, and big believer in your power to birth your baby your way. After over a decade in the corporate world, a miscarriage and three very different births of my own, I followed the pull I’d felt for years and retrained as a doula. Birth has fascinated me ever since a friend osteopath blew my mind when she casually mentioned how lying flat on your back is a physiological non sense…. Since then, I’ve been hooked.
My own journey includes navigating four pregnancies with severe hyperemesis gravidarum (HG), a condition that turns early pregnancy into sheer survival. That experience gave me deep empathy for those walking a harder path into parenthood, and I now volunteer as a peer supporter with Pregnancy Sickness Support (PSS) to offer a listening ear to others going through it. If you’re battling sickness or just need someone who gets it, I’ve got you.
Today, I support parents with calm, practical, and compassionate care, before, during, and after birth. I bring my whole self to this work: my multicultural roots, my business brain, my birth geekery, and my full heart.
As your doula, I will:

I had the privilege of being supported by Clemmie, an exceptional doula, starting from my fourth month of pregnancy. Her personalised hypnobirthing support truly transformed my birth preparation experience. Every evening, the relaxation audios she recommended I listen to in a while falling asleep helped me prepare mentally for the big day.
Clemmie was incredibly attentive and answered all our questions with a wealth of knowledge. Her deep understanding of how the female body works during childbirth provided us with immense reassurance and helped us grasp the process better.
Her support, hypnobirthing and practical tools significantly helped me manage contractions before we headed to the hospital and made the waiting period much more manageable. Once we were at the hospital, her continued physical and emotional support helped nudging our baby get into the optimal position, which greatly smoothed the labour process and made the birth experience calmer.
