Doulaography
Hi, I’m Diana, a birth and postnatal doula based in Rugby, Warwickshire. I offer calm, grounded support through pregnancy, birth, and the early weeks of parenting. I became a doula because I believe when mums feel truly supported, they find more confidence, more connection, and more trust in themselves and their babies.

"I am incredibly grateful for the support I received from Diana throughout my pregnancy and birth experience. From the very beginning, she was knowledgeable, calm, and deeply reassuring. She took the time to explain every stage of pregnancy and birth in a way that was easy to understand, which helped me feel confident and prepared instead of anxious. She answered all my queries very well and also she explained them to me which really helped me in preparing myself for my pregnancy.
During my pregnancy, her advice was invaluable. She offered emotional support that truly made a difference in how I cared for myself and approached my birth. Whenever I had questions or doubts, she was always available, patient, and encouraging.
I truly believe my positive birth experience was possible because of her support and guidance. Her advices helped me in taking the right judgement for my delivery method.
I would highly recommend her to any expectant parent as she is compassionate, knowledgeable, and dedicated . She is not only highly skilled at what she does, but she genuinely cares, and that shows in every aspect of her work."

Birth doesn’t have to feel uncertain. It can feel calm and completely yours. Birth is more than just a moment, it’s a powerful, personal experience that deserves time, space, and care. Imagine stepping into labour already trusting your body, your choices, and the people around you so the only thing left to do is meet your baby.
My support is intuitive and evidence-based, rooted in emotional safety, body autonomy, and the belief that you already carry deep wisdom within you. I’m here to walk with you, reflect things back, and hold space for the big stuff so you can stay connected to your intuition, your baby, and your power. Mama's I work with often say they feel lighter, more ready, more like themselves after our sessions.
I also support partners in finding their rhythm in the birth space, whether that’s holding your hand, breathing with you, or simply being present. When partners feel confident, it creates more safety and connection for everyone.
My clients have said:
“I made every decision with confidence.”
“My partner and I felt like a team.”
“I still think about how powerful I felt that day.”
My support is for mums who:
This is about more than having a “good birth"; it’s about starting parenting from a place of deep trust and connection.
Birth is the beginning of your baby’s story.

I had a couple of amazing and insightful sessions with Diana – she’s incredible! Her understanding, compassionate support, and practical tricks made a huge difference. Every session left me feeling empowered and confident. Highly recommend her if you want someone who truly listens and delivers real value!
Diana was a great help during my labour and postpartum period. She also gave advice before the birth and I feel that she knows her stuff really well. It was nice that I had someone who I could turn to when I wanted to know about a particular part of pregnancy/birth/postpartum. A great thing was also that, when she was not sure about something, she made time to reach out to her other doula contacts to clarify anything that was needed. I felt I could really trust the information I got from her. It saved me a lot of panic googling!
I had quite a long and tough labour and sometimes wonder how I would have managed without her. She was reassuring and proactive with techniques that could alleviate some of the labour pains. And after labour she supported me with advice on healing and many things baby related. She was there for our baby’s first bath!! (She took some quite lovely photos of that occasion with my phone 😁)
Diana was also a great help to my husband, advising him what he could do to help during the labour. We both felt well taken care of by her.
I definitely recommend her services to anyone looking for a kind and knowledgeable doula 🙂
