Hi, I'm Elisha and welcome to The Crystal Doula. I am a mother of three, so as well as my doula training, I have been through pregnancy, labour, birth, and all that follows with my own children.

I decided to become a doula to help and support people through this journey, to educate around birth, labour and beyond, and ensure that they know everything is an option, that they have a choice, and a say in what happens, as so often we don't realise that we have one.

I'm honoured to have the opportunity to support you on your journey through pregnancy, birth, and the postnatal period.

As a doula, I provide continuous emotional, physical, and informational support to you and your family, before, during, and after childbirth.

I have supported parents for many years as a trained breastfeeding peer supporter, and I bring all of that knowledge, empathy, care and compassion into my role as a doula. I want you to have the knowledge and empowerment to make informed decisions and feel confident in your choices to have a positive birth and postnatal experience. My commitment is to be there for you all offering guidance, comfort, and reassurance.

My approach is holistic and nurturing, and I will create a calm and supportive environment, where you feel heard, understood, and cared for.
