Doulaography

✨ Congratulations on this incredible journey. Whether you’re expecting, supporting someone, or navigating this adventure solo, I’m so glad you’ve found your way here. ✨

I’m Emma, a certified and experienced doula, hypnobirthing teacher, and mum of three. I offer continuous emotional, practical, and evidence based support before, during, and after birth so you feel informed, calm, and genuinely cared for every step of the way.

My approach blends grounded doula care with practical hypnobirthing tools. That means clear information, nervous system regulation techniques, breathing practices, guidance for anyone supporting you, and real world advocacy skills to help you navigate birth with confidence.

There’s only so much I can share here. For a fuller picture of who I am and how I work, please visit www.bloomandbabydoula.com.

Every birth, baby, and parent is unique. I don’t follow scripts or rigid birth ideals. I take time to understand what matters most to you and tailor both doula and hypnobirthing support to your circumstances, whether you’re planning a home birth, hospital birth, induction, or caesarean.

Flexible Support Across Pregnancy, Birth and Beyond
Choose the care you need: Antenatal & Hypnobirthing Support, Birth Doula, Postnatal Support, or mix and match as you go.

Antenatal & Hypnobirthing Support
Feeling excited but unsure about birth? You’re not alone.

This package combines thorough antenatal education with practical, evidence based hypnobirthing. Before we begin, I take time to understand your hopes, preferences, and any concerns so our sessions are fully personalised to you and your journey.

We meet for 3 x 3 hour sessions from the comfort of your sofa. Sessions are relaxed, interactive, and designed to make sure you head into labour informed, confident, and grounded.

Together, you and anyone supporting you will cover

• The physiology of birth and how your body works in labour
 • Reducing fear and building confidence using hypnobirthing techniques
 • Breathing and relaxation tools for every stage of labour
 • Creating a calm, supportive birth environment
 • Birth positions, movement, and comfort techniques
 • Your birth choices, possible interventions, and decision making tools
 • Crafting clear, personalised birth plans to communicate effectively with your care team

We talk through labour step by step or a labour of love as I like to call it and practise the techniques so they feel second nature.

Our final session focuses on life with your baby. We explore the golden hour, feeding, newborn behaviour, practical care, and your own physical and emotional recovery.

You’ll leave feeling informed, grounded, and ready to approach birth with confidence.

This support forms the foundation of my Birth Doula package if you choose to continue working together.

Birth Doula
Welcoming your baby is a powerful moment. I’m here to help you feel calm, steady, and supported.

As your doula and hypnobirthing teacher, I help you anchor into your breathing, use movement and biomechanics to support labour progress, and maintain a sense of control even if plans change. Sometimes this also means being hands off and letting you and your body do what comes naturally.

I offer personalised comfort, advocacy, and continuity of care from pregnancy through birth and beyond. I work closely with you and anyone supporting you so you feel like a strong, connected team whatever your setup looks like.

After birth, I continue supporting you as you settle into life with your newborn.
