I'm here to make sure you feel calm, cared for, and never alone through pregnancy, birth, and those first weeks with your baby.
I’m Ginta, a mum of four and a Birth & Postnatal Doula based in Ipswich, Suffolk. My first baby was born by C-section, and my next three were natural births that went smoothly and left me feeling confident and positive. Having experienced birth in different ways, I know that each journey is unique and can still be beautiful. As a mother, I understand the joy and the sometimes challenging experiences that come with welcoming a little one.
Alongside my doula work, I bring a background in psychology and years of experience supporting families. After completing my psychology degree, I worked with adults and young people with mental health needs and families with complex situations. Later, I moved into working with early years children in schools, where I saw just how much those first moments in life shape a child’s future. That inspired me to step in even earlier — supporting parents during pregnancy, birth, and the first precious days at home — to help create a strong, loving start for the whole family.
I believe birth should be surrounded by kindness, respect, and encouragement. Whether you’re looking for a calm presence, a reassuring word, or practical support, I’ll be right beside you, helping you feel safe, supported, and confident at every step.
I can offer:
Emotional support and a steady, reassuring presence
Relaxation and mindfulness techniques to help you feel calm
Practical support before, during, and after birth
A listening ear for your thoughts, questions, and hopes
My goal as a doula in Ipswich is to help you feel empowered, cared for, and ready to welcome your baby into the world in the way that feels right for you.
