I am Ines, a certified birth and postnatal doula based in Woking, Surrey. With a background in nursing, I offer supportive, evidence-based and compassionate support throughout pregnancy, birth and the postnatal period.

Originally from Portugal and living in the UK since 2014, I support families in a respectful, intuitive way that is tailored to each individual journey. I believe parents deserve to feel informed, confident and truly supported during this important time.

My role is to provide steady presence, emotional reassurance and practical guidance, helping you feel empowered as you welcome your baby and step into parenthood. I offer a range of services including 1:1 birth support, postnatal visits, breastfeeding guidance, birth preparation, emotional and physical comfort techniques, and ongoing practical support for life with a newborn. I also provide personalised antenatal and postnatal packages to meet the unique needs of each family.
