You’re here because there is a voice telling you to take control of your story, to find someone to support your family as you grow. To find the best doula for you. A trusted person to walk beside you as you navigate and learn about your options, your choices and what it right for you.

I am here to support from the early weeks, to celebrate you and answer your questions, to remind you of your capability and belive in you. Your choices are the only ones that matter and I will help you find the answers to your questions and signpost you in the right direction so you feel fully informed no matter the journey. I believe that having access to your choices and the information regarding these choices is the only way to make informed decisions.

I teach birth prep classes both privately and in larger groups. My group class takes place at Heist House in Warwick on a Saturday evening, this is The Modern Parents Collective and is a fully comprehensive antenatal & postnatal class over 6 hours designed to support you and your birth choices. 

Private Antenatal sessions are personalised to you, your experiences and wishes and what works best for your family. You have access to a whole community through my support, a Village to help through each stage and twist and turn.

I run regular meet ups for pregnancy and early postpartum in leamington spa and surrounding towns. Wherever you find me i am trying to rebuild the village.
