I’m here to walk alongside you through one of life’s most transformative journeys: welcoming your baby. Whether you're preparing for your first birth or growing your family, I offer flexible, personalised care that meets you exactly where you are.

I provide dedicated support during labour and birth, helping you feel informed, calm, and confident as you navigate this incredible experience. My antenatal sessions are designed to empower you with knowledge about physiological birth, practical tools for managing labour, and emotional preparation for the big day. Together, we explore how your body is beautifully designed to birth your baby, and how you can approach labour with trust, strength, and clarity. I’ll also be there to support you emotionally and practically during birth itself — offering reassurance, comfort measures, and a steady presence throughout.

Once your baby arrives, I continue to offer nurturing postnatal support that’s completely tailored to your needs. This might look like folding laundry while you rest, preparing nourishing meals, helping with older siblings or pets, or simply being a calm, listening ear when things feel overwhelming. I’m here to ease the transition into parenthood, helping you feel supported, rested, and confident as you bond with your baby and recover from birth.

I also offer guidance on newborn care, feeding (breast or bottle), and postpartum recovery — always with a non-judgmental, evidence-based approach. Whether you need help with latch and positioning, building your milk supply, or just want someone to talk through the emotional ups and downs, I’m here for you.

My care is always flexible and responsive to your unique circumstances. No two families are the same, and I believe in creating a space where you feel truly seen, heard, and supported. As a mum of two myself, I understand the joys and challenges of this life stage— and I bring both professional training and personal insight to every family I work with.
