I'm a mother to three sweet and mischievous children and each of my births brought new challenges, joys and a lot of learning! My experiences led me to make the move from luxury hospitality to become a doula.

I believe that birth is one of the most transformative events in life and birthing the way you choose to is one of our most fundamental rights. I provide evidence based information, practical and emotional support during your pregnant and birth. I've supported clients to give birth at home, birth centres, labour wards, caesarean births, VBACs, IVF, over 40s, birthing 'out of guidelines' and those with more complex medical situations.
