From 38 weeks onward, I’ll be on call and ready for your birth. Whether you're planning a home birth, birth centre delivery, or hospital birth, I will join you whenever the moment feels right for you. There’s no “right” time to call – when you need me, I’ll be there.
Throughout your labour, I’ll stay by your side offering continuous emotional and physical support. I draw on a toolkit of techniques including:

• Birth breathing and mindfulness
• Birthing biomechanics and optimal positioning
• Massage, affirmations, and natural comfort measures
• Advocacy to ensure your voice is heard and respected

My role is to support you and your birth partner, to help you feel safe, strong, and supported. Once your baby is born and you’re settled into your Golden Hour, I’ll quietly step away so you can bond as a new family.

Postnatal Doula Support – Holding You as You Hold Your Baby
 The early days of parenting can be joyful, exhausting, and everything in between. My postnatal doula support is designed to help you feel nurtured, rested, and confident as you adjust to life with your newborn.
Support is flexible and can be tailored to your needs, whether it's a few days or several months. Together, we’ll create a rhythm that works for you and your family.
Postnatal services can include:

• Breastfeeding or bottle feeding support
• Settling techniques and newborn care
• Light household help and meal preparation
• Emotional reassurance and practical guidance
• Babywearing and sleep support
• Watching baby while you rest or shower

Above all, my role is to be a calm, reassuring presence – holding space for you while you focus on your baby.
