I support people who want more from their birth than just surviving it, they know they deserve the birth of their dreams, a birth that feels powerful, a birth that they can look back on with pride and joy and think "Yes..I did that!"

If you’ve found me, it’s because you don’t want to hand over your power or be swept along by a system that doesn’t make you the priority. You already sense that standard maternity care isn't enough for you and that they may not support the type of birth you want. I'm here to be your steady, grounding presence: to see you, hear you and fully support your choices, without judgement. My bespoke, holistic support is shaped entirely around you, helping you create a birth experience that truly reflects who you are and what matters most to you.

I’m passionate about physiological birth and supporting women who want to reclaim birth as something natural and instinctive, not medical. As your doula I'm here to believe in you, see your strength and trust in your innate ability to birth your baby. I have no agenda and will put you at the centre of my care, so you always feel seen, heard and understood. I'm not here to teach you how to give birth or tell you what to do - instead I'll walk beside you, supporting you to tune into your instincts, feel truly safe in your body and step into your birth with confidence and trust in yourself.
