Hi and congratulations!

I’m Rachel. I support families through pregnancy, birth, and the postnatal period, offering both in-person and virtual services. I work with families who want continuity, confidence, and encouragement - whether you’re planning a homebirth, navigating the hospital system, or preparing remotely from abroad.

With over 15 years’ experience, I focus on guiding parents to feel in control, informed, and supported throughout their birth journey. My approach is non-judgemental, culturally sensitive, and trauma-informed, and I hold recognition from Doula UK, Paediatric First Aid certification, and Insurance or employer benefit reimbursement may apply- please enquire

Who I Work With:

I work with a wide range of families, including:

  • Parents navigating anxiety or past birth trauma
  • Expat and multicultural families unfamiliar with the UK maternity system
  • Clients seeking a peaceful homebirth after previous loss or trauma
  • Survivors of domestic abuse
  • Parents managing chronic illness or neurodivergence
  • High-net-worth clients seeking precise, discreet and bespoke support

All these families share one thing in common: they want guidance, advocacy, and continuity from someone who believes in their ability, helps them stay in control, and supports them every step of the way.

Services Offered:

Birth Support Packages

Structured packages providing continuity from pregnancy through labour, birth, and the early postnatal period
Homebirth focus with flexible support for hospital births when needed
Advocacy, encouragement, and practical assistance throughout labour

Postnatal & Night Support

In-person support after birth, helping families rest, recover, and settle into life with a new baby
Assistance with feeding, baby care, and older siblings
Emotional support for parents adjusting to new routines or recovering from challenging births

Up to date information on guildelines and health related options

Virtual & Distance Support:

One-to-one antenatal coaching, online group sessions, and virtual doula support
Guidance for clients living abroad or moving to the UK for birth
Practical advice on navigating the maternity system, informed decision-making, and creating calm birth experiences

Full distance antenatal preparation in video and work book format

Why Work With Me?

I provide continuity of care, supporting you before, during, and after birth
I offer advocacy, encouragement, and practical guidance tailored to your individual needs
I am non-judgemental, culturally aware, and trauma-informed, able to adapt to high-needs, vulnerable, or complex situations
I empower clients to feel confident and in control, regardless of their circumstances

Birth Reimagined - 5 stars!

01/01/2026

I booked into Birth Reimagined without really knowing what to expect, and I’m so glad I did. The course included five weekly live sessions that were incredibly informative, with plenty of built-in time to ask questions and really explore each topic. Every session was recorded and shared afterwards, along with detailed workbooks, which made it easy to revisit and reflect on what we had learned.

Rachel was also available outside of the sessions by phone or email, always happy to answer extra questions and provide support with birth plans. As a first-time mum, I had no idea how many options were actually available to me when it came to birth. Rachel explained each possibility clearly and without pressure, giving me both the knowledge and the confidence to choose my own path.

Rachel is kind, thoughtful, and genuinely considerate of individual circumstances. She has a wealth of knowledge and experience, and it really shows in the way she offers advice and support. I finished the course feeling informed, empowered, and supported, and I would highly recommend Birth Reimagined to any expectant parent -especially first-time mums.
