Hi, I’m Sue. I live in Epping with my husband and our three children.
It was the contrast between my own birth experiences that sparked something in me, the realisation of just how much the right support can shape how you feel about your birth and early days as a parent. That’s what led me to become a doula.
After years in the corporate world, I knew it was time to follow my heart and do something that truly made a difference. Supporting women and families through pregnancy, birth and the early weeks is where I’ve found my real purpose.
As a birth doula, I’m here to walk alongside you throughout your pregnancy, labour and birth. I’ll provide calm, consistent support and evidence-based information to help you make the choices that feel right for you. I’ll back your decisions fully and without judgement, your birth, your way.
As a postnatal doula, I’m here to help you ease into life with your new baby. Guiding you through those early days/weeks. That might look like talking things through over a cup of tea, feeding support or helping with baby care while you take a moment for yourself. My role is to support you, practically, emotionally and without pressure or judgement.
However your journey looks, I’d love to support you through it.
