Hi, I’m Tamsin — the heart of Super Doula in Bournemouth.
I’m a birth and postnatal doula, passionate about protecting the health and wellbeing of you and your baby. My support is rooted in connection, trust, and intuition — so you can feel safe, held, and truly empowered through pregnancy, birth, and beyond.

I offer a blend of evidence-based knowledge, holistic tools, and intuitive care. Alongside my doula support, I bring:
✨ Reiki for pregnancy, birth, and postpartum — to reduce stress, aid healing, and support balance.
✨ Closing the Bones ceremonies — honouring the physical and emotional journey of postpartum.
✨ Rebozo techniques — gentle, nurturing support for pregnancy comfort, labour, and postpartum integration.
✨ Microbirth classes — exploring the microbiome and how your choices now shape your baby’s lifelong health.

I’m also proud to be part of the Birth Free Collective — a group of doulas working together to hold women in their power and advocate for true freedom in birth.

Before becoming a doula, I worked as a teacher supporting young people with social, emotional, and communication needs. This taught me the value of deeply individualised support — starting with safety, self-esteem, and self-awareness — the very foundation of confidence and autonomy.
